Our Classes of 4-5 people are perfect for beginners, in our relaxed and private gym. They are lots of fun, and you will have a coach to support you with every exercise.

We have a wonderful community of members and coaches who will support and encourage you. Many of our members are new to exercise and would never go to a big, busy gym. So they enjoy our private space where they can learn to improve their health in private.
