OUR CLASSES

Our Classes have been specifically designed for beginners. And with the class sizes being so small, you will have a coach to support you during every exercise that you do.

We use and app to book our Classes, making it easy for you to choose Classes that suit you schedule, and providing accountability to help you maintain consistency.

BurnZone Circuit - 30mins
Full body circuit to get you in your fat burning zone! A mix of cardio, strength, core and flexibility.

BurnZone '30' - 30mins
A BurnZone Class with a little bit extra! A little bit longer, a little bit tougher, a little bit of a challenge!

BoxZone - 30mins
A kickboxing class to get you fighting fit and looking lean. Great for cardio fitness, strength and an outlet for stress.

StrengthZone - 45mins
Strengthen and tone while you work towards personal bests. Learn the correct techniques to maximize your strength goals.

StretchZone + CoreZone- 30mins
A stretch and release class to improve flexibility and to help your muscles recover, with our CoreZone exercises mixed in to help you improve your core and lower back strength.
